Quick and courteous care. A plus for us anyhow is that it's literally just about three blocks from us. I could crawl there if necessary. You wont find a waiting room full of Mothers with coughing kids. This is a privately owned business. Keep in mind that it's a stand alone ER and not a trauma center which means that if you have a life threatening condition, it might require an ambulance ride to one of the nearest hospitals. Most emergency conditions can be handled appropriately here though.
Really like the facility and the people are top notch.
Had a sinus infection that was not fun was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. And seen within five minutes of being there all the staff was great and very accommodating and great with me. They made me feel like I was in great hands and I received excellent care from everyone.
I was seen at this location by Dr Zimmerman and RN Roy (i think that was his name. older male nurse) for a major migraine and lower back pain due to herniated disks. Both Dr Zimmerman and Roy took excellent care of me and made me feel very comfortable. The facility is very clean and well taken care of and i plan on returning again if i ever have another emergency. The front desk lady (wish i asked her name) was very friendly and professional as well. overall i had a great experience.
I went last night around 7:30 and had a great experience. Everyone was really nice and there was no wait, I was in and out in about 30 min...I felt the receptionist might have been new she could be a little nicer considering people are either sick or in pain when they come there. But I would definitely use them again ..Dr Zimmerman and my nurse were Great..Thank you
The staff was courteous and fast. It helps a parent to know that they will not spend an entire night trying to get help for their child. Great Job!
