My son had a cut on his head from a basketball game. FiveStar got him right in and the doctors and nurses were very friendly and attentive. He received excellent care and we went back to get the staples out a week after, and got right in! Thank you FiveStar!

If you need immediate care this is the place. Quick, courteous and professional. The whole staff from check in to discharge was wonderful. They made sure I understood the follow up care. A staff member called to follow up the next day and check in on me. I highly recommend Fivestar ER
Fast and friendly service , is very convenient since is very close to my house . Very clean
I have never felt so well taken care of by an ER! They were friendly and I was seen quickly. The nurse and doctor made me feel at ease. They thoroughly examined the problem and sent me home with information about my diagnosis. They included the phone number I could call if I had any questions about my treatment and I have called them twice since then with questions/concerns. Had to take my daughter in, we were greeted right away and got into a room right away. Very short visit considering we had to have x-rays. Our DR was great and we will be using this facility again (if we ever need too!).
Tonight was a first for us as our 11 yr. old broke her arm. My husband took her to the closest clinic and they were so AMAZING with her! They made her feel comfortable and kept telling her what a good job she was doing. My sis-in-law who is a nurse practitioner said that her splint looked amazing and they did a really good job wrapping her arm! All the staff was great from start to finish! Glad to have this little gem just down the street.
