Great place to workout. I switched from port Isabel to the island due to the amount of equipment they have and I cant wait for the new gym to open up with even more equipment. Ask for Cale. Great mentor

Been to this gym met a very nice guy Jamie he's always cleaning and making sure the gym is up to standards but that other guy I believe he's new just sits on his phone and doesn't seem to be doing much for this nice gym/ clean. RARE Times he cleans. There's been times the trash is full to the top and he's just on his phone and the trash is overflowing.
