Great gym! It’s one of the cleanest ones I’ve been to while traveling. They have two power racks with platforms for squatting/deadlifting. Flat bench, incline bench, and shoulder press racks. Smith machines, various leg press machines, and dumbbells up to 150 pounds. They also have a short turf area with sleds. You can do anything from a powerlifting workout, to bodybuilding, and plenty of cardio machines as well. Something for everyone. The equipment is all brand new, top of the line. It's a nice gym... I would give it five stars but they don't have any massage machines or extras like sauna or cold plunge set up... but almost everything is nice new equipment all around...
I had a fantastic one-day pass experience at Island Fitness on South Pedro. The gym is super clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside was that at $25 for a day pass, it felt a bit pricey for a smaller gym. But overall, I had a great workout and would still recommend it!

Walking into this gym blew me away! Very well kept and the Premier Equipment was top notch. I got to use machines in here that aren’t in my local gym back home, so I was having a field day you could say lol. Totally worth it to get a day pass and I highly recommend coming here when visiting SPI!
