The people up here are great. Very nice and sweet. They truly seem to care and have a heart. Very clean facility. They offer so much. Classes, pool, hot tub, and just so much can't even list them all. Yes it is in Reno but well worth the trip. If you want to feel welcomed and wanted and cared for then come check them out.
I like this facility and the large variety of equipment. However the closure of the pool/sauna area is unacceptable for this long. Every month I have called I am given the same generic answer, which is "We plan to reopen next month". How strange that I just received an email survey last week asking for input regarding closing the pool altogether?! Perhaps the pool is in disrepair and that is why the damp mold smell is so strong now? Yes, I know the Reno location is available and I have been utilizing it but it is inconvenien... read more
Had a great workout I go in the mornings it's not very busy so I can get in and out at my own pace . that gives me the rest of the day to relax or get stuff done around the house.
Recommended
To packed and most of time machines are broken even to get water broken.
