Way over sell there memberships! Way to packed. Machines are broke and don't get fixed for weeks and the weights are all over the place. No one re racks there weights including the trainers.

I have a membership here because of the pool, not many options here in Reno/Sparks. I think your front staff needs a bit more training in customer service, not a hi when checking in or a thank you when finding someone's keys and giving it to them. Not sure if it's worth the pool at the moment.

Until recently, I would have given as many as four stars for the Sparks location, but I am now reconsidering my membership. The machines, especially the cardio equipment on the upper floor, are in constant disrepair (has anyone looked at the Cybex machines in the past year?). I had money stolen from my locker. And just tonight (1-1-16), I had some non-employee turn off the lights on me while I was swimming. How is that allowed to happen? Why can't FC afford a lifeguard? Love the aquavit classes, not just for the elderly. Working out in the water is such a nice way to make sure your joints won't get strained. My knees don't hurt afterwards.

Decent enough gym. Lots of equipment all in good shape, but OMG the high-pressure sales tactics to try to make you sign up for a personal trainer after you join - I've never experienced anything like it. Not even buying a new car was this intimidating. Not even close. So, if you sign up, just DON'T make the mistake of making an appointment for the fitness appraisal.

This place is the worst. Staff is rude, pool is FILTHY (seriously, don't swim unless you want chunks of other people's hair floating at you, and dirt and band aids on the bottom of the pool) or closed, and the locker room is just as bad.
