I love this gym. When you sign up read the fine print, can't blame them for your inability to read things before you sign. Love my trainers. I've had two Sam and now Heather, they both kick my butt!!
I thought my visit with the trainer was a waste of my time, the whole time he talked to me he was looking past me. It a a gym not a used car lot
I love my gym! I have a two and three year old who come with me and absolutely love the kids club! I appreciate how awesome the staff is and I have no complaints. Thanks for making the time I have for myself enjoyable!
Cancelled my membership due to an injury and surgery. Went back a year later to re assume my membership and was completely lied to on how much it would cost to restart. Sales guys are borderline crooks and the Membership Manager at sparks needs a class on customer service. Guy is a complete tool. I decided to go to Planet Fitness and they welcomed me with appreciation. Dont waste the time. Loyalty obviously didn't mean as much to this organization as it meant to me..
