Love this place. Everyone is nice an helpful compared to other gyms I've been to.
Went to use pool today in Sparks and once again they are closed and did not bother to email members. Is anyone else getting tired of this pool having to close a lot and not being informed. The one on Longley is also closed and only know that as was over in that area and decided to do my swim at that location which is miles from my house and the road work adds a special touch to this trip. Anyone know of a gym with pool in Sparks area that has liberal lap swimming.
Sparks has the WORST customer service. When getting started with personal training they flat out lie to you and say that you're not being started into a contract and that you can lower the amount of sessions or stop at any time. Even after talking to the training manager and him telling me he would cancel it because I was lied to, I still continued to be charged and when I went back in to talk to him again he had no clue what I was talking about and acted like it was my fault! It has cost me hundreds and I will never go back... read more
This place is a rip off. Do not join them. Once you join you can never get out. Never get your money back when they charge you after you quit.
