Fitness Connection is great. What do I love? Naturally, they have all of the equipment you could ask for. But even better than that, their facility includes all of the amenities. Meaning: sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi. To me, if I'm going to pay for a gym, I want the amenities too. Might as well get the whole cake and not just a slice.
The worst customer service. I have tried to change my membership to reduce fees. This has been an issue since the beginning of the year. Finally I thought everything was finalized and they started charging me double!! My old payment plus the new one. When I went in to have it fixed they blamed me for the double charge. Why would I need two memberships??? Don't go here!!!!

Excellent staff memebers. Very good about keeping equipment clean, I just wish the members would do better about putting the equipment away and in the proper place. But hands down my favorite gym in the area, especially with the redone pool and spa area looks awesome
Too busy always and so many hidden fees! They are not worth the "9.99" they claim to be. You're on a contract and have to pay an annual cleaning fee. The management definitely will not work with you and runs you in circles. They also don't return your call. Take your money elsewhere.
