Stay away! I cancelled my daughters membership in July when she left of college. They charged me in August, so I called them and the assured me that it would not charge again the next month and it did. September, again. It is now December and they are STILL charging me. I have called them EVERY month about this and each time they apologize and say it will stop. I have now turned this over to my credit card company. This is beyond frustrating.
