My husband and I both signed up at Fitness Connection in Sparks, NV in February of 2018. We chose to sign up for the Personal Training offered by the gym. It was in my name and my husband attended Personal Training with me. They put the membership to $10 way too crowded

It’s cheep. But they have many machines in the cardio area that have literally been out of order for YEARS. The adjustment for the incline is broken so it gives you Error 40. (Incase anyone from the staff sees this and can fix them) I tried three in a row yesterday and they were all giving me the same error. So irritating when you have limited time to fit your workouts in and you have to keep jumping machines! The only reason I keep this membership is because of the pool. Otherwise I’d be at a different gym.

I'm writing this review, standing in front of a sales associate as he is staring at his phone. I've been standing directly in front of his desk for 5+ minutes as he completely ignores me. I'm so glad I pay to be here. Not impressed.
