I LOVE ALL THE CLASSES THAT FITNESS CONNECTION PROVIDE AND THE EQUIPMENT IS EXCELLENT. IS NOT EXCUSE TO DON'T WORK OUT AND BEEN HEALTHY, WITH THIS AMAZING GYM.! I RECOMMEND 100%.
This gym is great if you know what you want and speak to the right person. I will however be speaking to staff about one staff member who is sub par to be sure at the Longley Lane location based upon a recent recommendation to a friend. She would have been the 4th of several persons who have joined after myself and another who I suggested this gym to before myself. their equipments are always broken and the pool water is ice cold and nobody knows anything
Awesome place, machines always in good working order, clean, pool and spa always available and very affordable
