There is plenty of equipment and it is kept clean. I only give 4 stars because the pool/sauna/hot tub were closed for so long and because I wish the pool and pool area was just a little bit warmer. Great place for the money and friendly staff. Wish the wi-fi worked better though.
Fraudulently charged my card for an undisclosed fee without my consent after I contested it. Will be contacting my bank to deny the charge and cancelling my membership!
The worst customer service. I have tried to change my membership to reduce fees. This has been an issue since the beginning of the year. Finally I thought everything was finalized and they started charging me double!! My old payment plus the new one. When I went in to have it fixed they blamed me for the double charge. Why would I need two memberships??? Don't go here!!!!
I love it there! Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful!!
Excellent staff memebers. Very good about keeping equipment clean, I just wish the members would do better about putting the equipment away and in the proper place. But hands down my favorite gym in the area, especially with the redone pool and spa area looks awesome
