They really need to get the Pool and sauna and hot tub back up and running
I used to live it there , now there was some kind of natzi running around there last night telling us we can't have our bags with us ! They re not safe on your car , not saf in the locker room where are they safe ? With me! And I have a balance problem and I used to go there for the pool and sauna ...., are they ever gonna open ! Not to happy right now , used to love it!!! ❤
It's pretty ridiculous that on top of an enrollment fee and yearly maintenance fee, that I'm charged a third $50 fee to sign up for personal training. (Keep in mind that this amount of money is JUST TO SIGN UP, and not for any personal training sessions.)

You have an amazing staff!! Everyone smiled and said hello. They really care about my husband's and my goals. Your staff is so very educated in what they are doing and they have a great way explaining things. Our trainer was amazing. He pushed my husband and I and made sure we were OK through the the workout.
Horrible customer service. You can never talk to a manager. They changed their billing company and failed to let me know. The Sparks facility is working on the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. The date for it getting finished keeps moving back. I miss sitting in the sauna and relaxing and don't want to go to the reno location. Absolutely ridiculous!
