Fitness connection is well known for their bad customer service but the one in Reno is the worse . Employees always look like they hate their job I’m not really sure why are they there . Today I took my daughter who just moved from California and I wanted to get her a membership but I wanted her to check the gym first . RecommendedLove the new equipment. Also the young man at the front desk who works the 5 am shift is always very nice and friendly. Greets me every morning.
Recommendednice facility, reasonably priced, however, on weekends lately they are very late to open. They are supposed to open at 6am, but today I left at 6:30 after waiting half an hour for someone to show up. Two weeks ago the gal didn't show up until 6:20am. It's annoying, especially how far some of the people this morning said they drove to get there.

RecommendedI've been teaching Group Fitness here and in Reno for a few months now. The members are so strong and dedicated. The Instructors are amazing at what they do. It is truly and honor to be a member here and your instructor. Keep up the great work!
You can't cancel your membership! I have called multiple times, submitted several cancellation requests online, sat on hold to talk to someone for hours before just getting disconnected. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months, but I am still being charged. Do not trust Fitness Connection with your payment info as they will seemingly never stop charging you! This is theft, pure and simple!
My husband and I both signed up at Fitness Connection in Sparks, NV in February of 2018. We chose to sign up for the Personal Training offered by the gym. It was in my name and my husband attended Personal Training with me. In late September of 2018, our Personal Trainer, Michelle Vankirk, informed us she was leaving the establishment and pursuing her own personal business.
