Alright, I have spent two weeks of calling fitness connection customer service to cancel my membership. I travel for business and do not have the time to cancel in person... plus covid... I have longest I’ve been on hold at time was for up to 2 hours. The approx wait time staggers from 49 min to 11 min to 27 min back up to 54min and will continue to give higher then lower approx wait times till you give up ... right? So, on my fourth day of attempting to cancel my membership... my membership renews.. so think twice before go... read more

Just waited 52 minutes(after I was told 3) to speak to a human at Fitness Connection corporate office about canceling membership. It was the most ridiculous conversation I've had in my life. WARNING! If you want to ask a question or get information, or cancel a training or membership, READ THE FINE PRINT OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP INFO. And, don't always believe what a manager says if you have an issue. I tried to cancel my membership with fitness connection, she said they going to charge me anyway my annual fee doesn’t matter if I use it or not for 4 months I didn’t used it, crooks !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 but away she has a bad attitude She said I should come n cancel to the club how if they r not open by that time ???? I been calling n they never answer they put u on hold for hours ...of course what a great service !!!
