Horrible customer service. You can never talk to a manager. They changed their billing company and failed to let me know. The Sparks facility is working on the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. The date for it getting finished keeps moving back. I miss sitting in the sauna and relaxing and don't want to go to the reno location. Absolutely ridiculous!
Want a gym that you pay for a pool, sauna, hot tub, and a shower... but never allowed to use it? Come Here. For only $$$$ each month you too can help pay for amenities that you can never use!!!
Love it! Kids club, clean, lotsa classes & pool :) And low membership fee :)
Couldn't go anywhere else. People here are nice. Willing to help out if you need a tip or two. Even the other members are cool they help out if you need a spot. Or whatever. If I didn't. Like it I wouldn't be going there. I live in the north valleys. So. I will make the. Drive.
