I really enjoy there group classes!¡!¡ There kids club is also very awsome my daughter loves it there.
Fitness Connection is a shady gym. When you try to cancel your membership they will give you the complete run around. First its call our third party billing service ABC financial to cancel, then the billing company will say they cant cancel it and to go to the fitness connection website. Then the website will tell you its cancelled and when you think its cancelled they will keep billing you and then send you to collections for a membership you aren't using. I love my Zumba classes with Joy & Sarah. I really do not prefer the changes to the instructors since Kathy is no longer teaching. I wish they would let her teach at least one night in the evening. And one of these Zumba classes got traded for the Cize so my attendance to the gym has been cut in half. Love the size of the floor area.the abundance and variety of equipment. The man to woman ratio is equal and not everyone is sitting there talking about everything in the world. So much better than Carson gyms. We're working out here once a week and look forward to it
Usually takes me 3 different AMT Precor steppers to find a working one. The bands in them keep popping every few cycles. Not sure when they do work if it's just a band-aid or just crummy equipment. Hopefully the new equipment coming soon sign really means SOON!
It's OK for the monthly fees you pay. The catch is: plan your workout at non peak hrs.
