Way over sell there memberships! Way to packed. Machines are broke and don't get fixed for weeks and the weights are all over the place. No one re racks there weights including the trainers.
I have a membership here because of the pool, not many options here in Reno/Sparks. I think your front staff needs a bit more training in customer service, not a hi when checking in or a thank you when finding someone's keys and giving it to them. Not sure if it's worth the pool at the moment.
Until recently, I would have given as many as four stars for the Sparks location, but I am now reconsidering my membership. The machines, especially the cardio equipment on the upper floor, are in constant disrepair (has anyone looked at the Cybex machines in the past year?). I had money stolen from my locker. And just tonight (1-1-16), I had some non-employee turn off the lights on me while I was swimming. How is that allowed to happen? Why can't FC afford a lifeguard?
