Fitness Connection (South Reno) has been a great place for me to go with PTSD. The place is very clean with someone in there always cleaning and that always a PLUS with me. The staff iare always free to help you if needed and the personal trainers are always helping someone start their new goal into a healthier life. Great place to workout PERIOD. Thanks Guys and Gals at Fitness Connection.

Love this gym ... I love the classes and people at the front desk are always really nice and courteous . Left my favorite earrings in the sauna once and the front desk girl went in there herself put them in an envelope and I forgot about them for a whole week and when I remember they were still there.
I've been a member for a few years & ive never had any issues. The people are very nice & motivating. The locker room is constantly being cleaned & the entire place is very clean. I wish they never shut down the Women's Only area, but I use the yoga room for more privacy.
I love my personal trainer Charlotte. She's the best. Love this place
Love the spinning classes. Just wish more were offered and at different times.
