Thank you for the excellent care I received Saturday in the ER... As always the best service, that's why we drive from St. Paul's... The best staff! I highly recommend to everyone to drive the distance to get the best service!
The ER wait is horrendous. I've Never been to an ER where you had to wait so long to be seen. The triage RN doesn't even listen to your health complaints entirely. The registration personal is just that there at the desk absolutely no help. I find the ER check center completely incompetent and heartless. Once you get past the check in and finally back to the ER they work hard and diligently to help you.

On Nov 12, 2015, I had my left hip replaced by Dr. Casey. My experience at First Health was very positive. The only blip was the extremely long wait time in post op to get moved to a room. That was upsetting for my daughter since she had to wait many hours to get to see me. The nursing staff in all areas were outstanding. The nursing care I received for three days in the orthopedic unit was outstanding. The food was well prepared and it's nice to be able to order items. Thanks PT for getting me up and moving.
The best hospital and staff ever. Only hospital I recommend to anyone for any reason! I live about 45 mins away from here and it is worth the drive, every time!!
The nurses in the icu unit were awesome! Their knowledge skills and service were outstanding!
