I was not happy with the nurse who took care of me. She was very ready for me to go home. Even through I was in a lot of pain as I could not have bowel movement. I ask what I could do and I begged for relief but I got nothing. I was told I shouldn't be in pain. She could see clearing I was in pain I even asked for suppository. I came home in pain which I believe was unfair. Do want to say my evening nurse was very attentive to my pain. I do believe the secret it out about FirstHealth Moore Regional. My son having surgery in the afternoon, there were backups, lack of the necessary rooms and supplies. This didn't go unnoticed by the staff, who apologized, had great alternatives and assured us, these situations were being rectified by the administration. They are just being flooded with patients! They are just that Good! My family and I do not go anywhere else because you just don't get the quality and expertise as you do here. We have choices, Womack, Centra... read more

Absolutely wonderful staff, Very attentive Dr. ( when he was able to come in ) very caring nurse. It may have been a while between the times I saw her but that's completely understandale because they were packed and I'm sure there's a lot more to her job as well. Very caring crew and if you really need something and press the remote button they give you, they come right away. The nurse was there in less than a minute.
