My daughter is pregnant. Her first child our first grand. The staff is very friendly, they made us laugh and kept us calm.
First health was exactly that.They made sure my stay was pleasant. I had no interruption in the quality of care as the shift changed. They were all very conscious of my pain and comfort status. My Doctor was extremely competent and thorough. I don't often have surgery but when I do I want it at First Health.

Came here when father in law had hip replacement surgery. In the surgery waiting room, wife & mother in law had to play receptionist when the receptionist said "my shift is over" and left.

2 hrs in er waiting room which is uncalled for EVER! Ultrasound tech was distracted and seemed more confused than anything. Then told my daughter that she is going to miscarry. Left after being there almost 8 hrs and no help.

At a very frightening, middle of the night ER visit, my husband was found to have a complete heart block! The professional and compassionate care we received from everyone we met over the next 36 hours was exceptional! A special nod to Joseph Lum RN in the emergency department and the 2nd floor nursing staff at the Reid Heart Center and, of course, the medical team that probably saved his life, we are forever grateful.
