Lots of broken, sick and potentially serious issues going on in here with what seems like a non-chalant attitude toward those who are truly hurting ( and, bleeding). The waiting area is filthy and the housekeeping staff needs to be dispatched when necessary. Please, don't make a patient's family member clean up blood.
We have been there several times, each time they have done is right. Joyce was in there for a week...we felt welcome and taken care of really nice. Rooms were fantastic.
My mother was seen at the ER and we were taken back soon as we arrived. They were very professional and caring staff. She then was admitted to the hospital in Observation Unit. The staff, Angela, Tiffany, Fran and Bea were wonderful. Hope I didn't miss anyone, Thanks for all you do. You are truly caring and professional. My mother says when you get a certain age that the docs, etc don't care about you anymore. She ate her words there. She was so glad to have good docs to do test and help her with her problem. I became a patient at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, February 11, 2015. My stay was amazing due to all the Hospital Doctors, Specialist, Excellent Nursing Staff, Nutritionals Staff and Housekeeping staff. I was very pleased with the care I received from everyone especially Mrs. Mary Campbell who assisted with faxing info for me. Looks like I will be headed to Pinehurst if I need to be hospitalize.
Emergency Room is awful! Came in an ambulance, was locked outside for10 min in the cold. Only to get brought inside to stay on the gurdie for almost 3hours in the hallway with lots of other folks also on gurdies waiting to get seen. So degrading to lay in a hallway vomiting & going on yourself in front of strangers! I even asked to be taken to another hospital but was told no. Worst experience I've ever had in a hospital! And that's saying allot!!!!
Today I visits the ER at Moore Regional Hospital located in Hoke County. This is my second time going to this hospital; I love the environment and the staff is very friendly. Until today, the PA that had my case today was very rude and jumped to conclusions without asking the patient for a detailed history.
