This ER needs an overhaul. We have been here over 5 hours. I read the comment about people coming to the ER for things they could go to their primary care for. That would be an option except Obamacare took that option away for most. Not to mention the poor little 4 year old with a high fever and/or earache in the middle of the night who can't wait. I am a nurse. I know the drill. This is an embarrassment.
Thank you to Dr. Walter Fasolak, his team and Moore Regional staff for their wonderful care they gave me while I was there yesterday having surgery! I recommend them to any and everyone. Such wonderful people ♡
After many years of pain .... I finally found a group who want to help me and not just give something me pills and send me on my way .
I was discharged from the neurological unit (2NU) today October 7th and I was very pleased with the care that I received however i would like to make a suggestion from a patient's point of view about my check in experience. I am a small framed woman with very tiny veins. I was stuck 5 times before my anesthesiologist made a comment about the i.v. needles being dull and not doing its job properly because the hospital chooses to cut costs which in turn causes undue pain and stress to patients before their surgery as was the ca... read more
The sleep center employee was very nice and polite. Answered any questions we had. Great service and hospitality.
The nurses in the Critical Care Unit were amazing in how they treated my son. They were so helpful to the family members who were there by his side. I can not say enough good about them. One in particular whose name I thing was Dory or Dorie incredible in how she interacted with my son and us.
