Scheduled a tune-up/pm appointment for a rental property a week in advance. My window was 8-1. I provided an access code to the gate and phone number of tenant. I was assured the tenant would receive a call ahead. No one technician showed for the appointment. My tenant called me at at 2:30 and let me know I called and was told someone would be there by 5. First Class Heating installed our heating and air conditioning system and has serviced it for several years. Brett is our service technician and he is extremely thorough and professional. We highly recommend First Class.
Never again my hotwater heater was leaking. they came out so quick and charge $237.00 for a temp/ pressure valve that Home Depot sells for $18.97 plus $99. installation. It still leaked and plumber #2 did something to the reserve tank and said, here's the problem. Now that was leaking. He replaced the reserve tank. They are scammers. BUYER BEWARE First Class will come to the rescue fast but they are Plumbing Pirates
Being new to the area, I asked our real estate agent who to call for routine service check up, and she recommended First Class. Although the prices were higher then I'd been paying in Middletown, I went ahead and scheduled a service call. The Tech was very polite, answered all of my questions, and explained the entire heating system to me IN a language that I understood! Very helpful, very prompt and service is excellent. We have used other Heat and air providers and always disappointed. We are with First Class to stay.
They are prompt and do a good job and Brett was very nice to deal with. He spent a lot of time solving our problem.
