Blake called to ask if he could come early which was convenient for me. He wore a mask, was courteous and professional. He explained the service to me. I am very happy with the overall service provided.
RecommendedJamey quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit and gave a rough estimate of what the cost to repair would be. He also removed a non-functioning dehumidifier from my crawl space for me. I plan to use First Class for all my future needs.
First Class has been very reliable and the work has been very good. I s as m using them fir HVAC as well as my tankless water heater service.
I recommend first class we had a annual service done Wednesday and Brett the technician was very polite was very efficient on his service we have had Brett before and we are very pleased with his work thanks first class Jim hayn
Brett our service tech was polite, efficient and honest. Got our heat system up and running in just a few minutes by tapping on a froze fan. No extra cost beyond service call. Prayed from good news today and this was it !
RJ was our technician today who came to check out our heat pumps for heating this coming Winter. As in the past RJ was very prompt, professional and efficient. He make the customers feel very comfortable and sure that they are always getting a top notch job. Exceptional service from start to finish. Sean was very knowledgeable and provided quote while at my house. Install was scheduled quickly and the install team (Ben, Joe, and Chris) were “Outstanding”. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They installed two units in the same day in a neat and professional manner. Received follow up call from Sean checking on the install to ensure I was satisfied.
