Excellent as always. Alex was my tech and he was eager to answer questions. Professional and courteous. No matter who you speak with they treat you great. I'll stay a First Class customer for a long time.
Brett arrived on time, assessed the problem with the duct and fixed it. He answered all my questions and made good suggestions. I will definitely call First Class HVAC again.
RecommendedHad a weekend emergency install which upgraded to a tankless. Great job.
Technicians Rusty and Randy were professional and competent. They took care to wear shoe covers so as to avoid tracking dirt in the house, they clearly explained what they were doing, and pointed out problems (like raccoons int he attic!) that we were not aware of. And their price was less than other contractors for the same system!

I had Alex Diaz Bustillo come and give me a estimate on a hot water on demand system today. Other than a good price, he was at my house on time and very professional.
