RecommendedI needed A/C help so badly in this heat wave. Called about 8 places who had no time for me and were pretty rude. First Class was fantastic. Cassie got me booked right away and their serviceman Brad was pleasant and polite and got the job done! I was cool and happy within 30 minutes! And they were here within an hour of my call. First Class installed our new Furnace & AC. We are very pleased with the work they did.
Our technician, Mike, did a seamless job ordering and installing our new hot water heater. We appreciated his knowledge, skill and experience, and the whole process was a breeze. Dear First Class: I am so very pleased with First Class! Duane, my sales rep, was terrific from the start. I got estimates from 3 very reputable companies and chose First Class. Then Allie was great for payment, and administrative details. The two installers worked tirelessly on a hot July day and left the equipment and my house perfect! Wow !!! Have known about they folks for quite some time. Hot day today and we found that that A/C was not cooling. Called and John got here within an hour. Got us up and running but need to have a follow up appointment as we may have a leak somewhere in the system. Very happy with the quick response. Thanks for the great service !!!!
