First Class Heating and Air Conditioning is one outstanding company. It’s personnel are responsive whenever I have a question or need something. Recently they installed a brand new Heatpump, and emergency heating system. The estimate and final cost was right on and fair. I went back to them and requested that I have a Waterless hot water system and Emergecy water Shutof installed. First Class Heating contractor was very knowledgeable about the problem and did the repairs on my hot water heater in a very short amount of time. He was also prompt in showing up for the appointment.
Chris Ward our technical did a wonderful job. He was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable.
They have serviced our units (heat pump, 2split units) for over a year. We have found them responsive, thorough and reasonable.
I just had both units checked for the winter and I am very pleased with the service. Brett was here when he said he would. Took care to put his shoe covers on, no matter how many times he had to go in and out, which was often. He is a very polite and friendly guy. I have been using First Class for several years now and I am very happy with their service.
Became acquainted with this company through an ad on a placemat in a restaurant. Have called them twice now and have been very happy with the service and the price. Highly recommend them
