RecommendedOur recent Service Technician, Chris Ward was on time and did an excellent job. We have a heat pump under the house on which he conducted preventive maintenance and tested for efficiency, and a split unit in the garage on which he not only performed normal preventive maintenance, but cleaned as well. We have experienced First Class for several years now and are completely satisfied. Highly recommended!😊
What a pleasure doing business with First Class HVAC. We had them install a new system three years ago and have a maintenance agreement with them. Twice a year they come promptly when they say they're coming and conduct the maintenance in a very professional manner. Joe Kennedy was here today and was very polite and professional. We added the second unit to our maintenance program and couldn't be happier with the service.
Get competent techs for the job
Jamie was here on 11/5 for our fall service. He was personable, polite, professional and efficient! He did a thorough, I think, review of our system and replaced two filters. We are vary satisfied with First Class' service. We have and do recommend them every chance we get!
Jamey came on time and located the problem with my system. He has ordered the parts needed for the repair. He des good work.
They are prompt reliable and their techs are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly.
As usual the routine maintenance of our heating/ac systems and Rinnai hot water equipment by First Class technicians was performed professionally and efficiently. Both technicians were scheduled for the same day and timeframe and each one arrived as scheduled and they were extremely helpful in explaining everything. This is the 2nd year that First Class perform the maintenance to our units. Mike is fantastic, very patience, answers all the dumb questions I asked and takes the time to explain everything he's doing. They are a fantastic company. Highly recommended and fair price
First Class techs are always courteous, on time, and informative. Today Joe did our annual winter check up and we were as always satisfied with the service.
