Yesterday, the crawlspace encapsulation crew from FIRST CLASS discovered a gas leak. Blake was here first thing this morning and corrected the problem. He has done work for us previously and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. FIRST CLASS is fortunate to employ a technician like Blake.
Chris worked on our A/C unit today. Great job. Great communication. We've been customers for several years now. Always First Class.
Technician Jamey checked out our HVAC system effectively & efficiently. He also chg'd our filters so we don't have to get up on a ladder. it's peace of mind having the service contract, we'll soon schedule our winter maintenance.
We have worked with First Class for about 4 years. Had HVAC system replaced, mini-split installed in addition, tankless water heater installed, and for regular service. Always had prompt service, friendly staff and good results.
