We had some problems with our air conditioning and a neighbor recommended First Class Heating and Air Conditioning to us. We were extremely satisfied with their services. Customer service was very pleasant and prompt in sending a tech out. When the tech arrived he was knowledgeable and efficient in fixing the problem. It was a very positive experience!
They did a install at my beach trailer, fair price, on time and preformed a quick install and the service tech came over, checked everything before starting the unit to ensure everything was OK. Nice job!! Thanks!!
I just called First Class yesterday because my air isn''t working very well and their customer service was extremely thorough and helpful. I was lucky that Buddy happened to be in my neighborhood at Aspen Meadows and my neighbor asked him to come over and check it out. He graciously came over and found the problem right away. A bad circuit board. He ordered the part right away. I'm very impressed!
Responded quickly to my air conditioner problem and fixed it at a good price.
