I have First Class for my HVAC and their service so far seems to be First Class. They are prompt and courteous.
Brad completed our semi-annual inspection of our HVAC and new mini-split Daikin unit on Thursday. We appreciated the time he took to answer questions about our systems, especially the Daikin equipment. First Class has served us for the past 3 years, so we know many of the technicians and installers. All are professional and knowledgeable.
This company and Buddy performed such a great job at an affordable price.
First service with them. Mike was very good, very helpful and answered all our questions.
Buddy did service on my heating unit. Great job !!!!!!! Only question is why can they do both Furnace and AC at the same time?
Today we had a regular "maintenance contract" visit from technician, Jamie. The was our second experience with First Class. Our first experience was a repair last summer for a failed AC Unit. That tech was Brad. They are both excellent techs good representatives of the company. First Class HVAC has thus far been First Class.
I just had first-class class put in a new heater. they were great fast, efficient, very nice out of Newark, Delaware
Brett arrived for our semi annual heating/AC checkup. He was courteous, professional, & thorough. He should receive a 'gold star' for solving our Honeywell Programmable thermostat internet connection problem. We can now access the thermostat from outside the house. Many thanks.
