We had our year old Mitsubishi unit serviced by Michael Eager today. He was pleasant, professional, on time and showed me a few features on the unit that I hadn't appreciated. I highly recommend this company.
Air Conditioning and Heat. We purchased a new Carrier System with First Class. Service and installation great. Our furnace is over 20 years and we called them for service. We needed a part and they installed the next day.
We have called First Class HVAC several times and have found them (Mike especially, since he is our guy) to be fast, honest, knowledgeable and clean. I never feel like I am being oversold; on the contrary, their technicians seem to do their best to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I would and do recommend them to everyone I know.
Since we moved in our new home, we have had several issues with our heat pump for both heating and cooling problems. First Class Heating and Air Condtionong, Inc was recommended to us for service. The issues were factory production problems so it took several visits to resolve because some problems needed to be occurring for the tech to analyze. came out late when my oil furnance acting up. great customer service from the time you call and talk to the schedulers in the office and the techs ecplain everything, very happy to use them!
Mike is a hard worker. Installed a water heater. He was also considerate of our home furnishings and left everything clean
Had a A/C and Heat Pump installed in July 2018. Excellent service and great product. Called today for thermostat issue. They arrived within 90 mins, changed out the thermostat for a new one and all is good so far.
Alex installed our hot water heater perfectly! He was awesome. So glad he was our installer, couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. Very pleased with the service and cost.
