Service person was extremely knowledgeable in that he explained everything he was doing and why. Come to find out, A/C unit only had about 1/2 the amount of refrigerant it was supposed to have. Fixed that issue and unit is currently working as it should. This service call was for a rental property and I will consider using this company for my main residence.
You guys have always given us great service. RJ is my man. However, Jamie came and checked out our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim. As we expected, it was beyond repair. Steve (Sales Agent) offered us the same deal as we had with our Daikin Unit. And since they can't install it the next day, he is providing us with a window unit for the weekend, to keep our daughter's . who have come in from Mass. and South Carolina, to celebrate our 50th wedding Aniversary cool and comfortable. What more can I ask for!!??
Had an issue with my new a/c thermostat last night. Called First Class this morning and had a technician out this afternoon. BRAD was my hero today … got the a/c thermostat working again and the a/c back up and running in no time! So A+ on installation and now service!
