In 2012 our home flooded. First Class installed our new heating/air conditioning system. Excellent service and continued customer service, having used our 10 year parts and labor warranty as needed. Always fast, curtious service and never a bill.
They answered all of my questions and fixed the problems that when I had my house built the company that put the system in had put in wrong.
Bought a new system from them. Love it. Any services performed has been done on time and professionally.

I came home last night to no ac. My first thought was First Class Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They took my call after normal business hours and a tech called me within 15 minutes. He (Mike) was here promptly at 9am this morning for a quick and inexpensive fix. Shout out to my girl Janell Megee, Office Mgr. FYI to my Kent and New Castle County peeps, despite being based in Sussex, they work the whole state!
