If you want to deal with people who understand you, this is the place to call. They were able to come out the day we called, listened to our problem, and went to work fast on it. We need a new Furnace and they are making the process as painless as possible. Fast and Friendly Service 100%
I wasn't there for the installation but my girlfriend was. She told me they were very professional, respectful did a neat clean job, answered any question we posed. Jason, Cameron and Jimmy were exceptional installers and we thank them. The system is running better than anything we expected.
In the beginning of September(when the temps were in the 90's)our central A/C died. We called and they sent a technician named Mike who found the problem and got it up and running at a reasonable price. Yesterday(9/21/16)our unit quit again and we called this morning and Mike came back and found the part needed to be replaced. In very short order the unit was once again humming along! Excellent service, professional, courteous and friendly.
First Class saved our bacon again. We have a Sea Colony weekly rental that is booked solid for months in advance. When the AC died they got there early and fast on a Saturday. Sadly the salt air had essentially killed our old unit so a complete new system was needed. First Class got it priced, ordered and installed in just a couple of days! Now our guests will be comfortable all summer. Great people at First Class!

First Class is an outstanding company. My Mitsubishi system was install by them and now a complete of two bath breakdown and replacement of bath items and pipes was completed in two days time by Louis. Excellent work by a very professional man and a prompt support team in Millsboro DE
