Horrible service. Said our house needed freon but everything else was fine. One day later, same issue and the answering service said “sorry we aren’t answering service calls”. If you want service 8-4 on some days, this is your company. I put in a request to stop payment on the check fro yesterday and the answering service just says " I would be upset too, but they said there were too many calls in Sussex county and they wont be calling back or helping you until the office opens after the holiday.
