Buddy from First Class responded to my problem very quickly on Monday evening. Sean was here on Tuesday to give us an estimate for options to replace our old equipment. We needed a new system ASAP as our family from out of town was coming in this weekend. Buddy and Rusty came Wednesday night to put in a new Carrier Infinity Hybrid Gas Furnace and 18 seer heat pump which opted for our home on Wed evening 6/18. we have been past customers of First Class...they installed a new hot water heater....we had a need for a new HVAC system in which I called for someone to call me to set up an appointment...I understand I called the Thirsday before Memorial Day...I was told it would be the following week before anyone could get here....I am still waiting...absolutely no call back
