First Class is a "First Class" operation. Alex, Plumber was personable, professional and was considerate in answering my questions! He did a great job replacing my hot water heater. Cameron and partner (forgot his name) were also very very professional replacing my air conditioning unit! All three guys were total gentlemen and very knowledgeable! First Class HVAC arrives on time and professionally services our HVAC equipment. Thank you to the scheduler and to the technician.
Today, May 1st, Alex, the service technician from First Class, arrived at my home right on time (not usual for Sussex County). He immediately starting searching my crawl space and checking my pump for my constantly running pump. He discovered an unusual crack in one of my toilets pipes and immediately fixed it. He was super polite, friendly and observed social distancing. Go first class! They are also my HVAC service people.
