This is the second time I've used First Choice ER and it will certainly not be my last. The care I received (for what turned out to be gallstones) was AMAZING! From the receptionist to the nurses, from the phlebotomist to the ultra sound tech anf from the doctor to thefollow up call... everyone was incredibly kind and courteous. I will use First Choice ER Grant/Louetta for ALL my medical needs!
My wife visited this place and is so happy with the staff,everybody was so nice to her. 100% Recomended
Really enjoyed my experience. Dr and nurse made sure I understood everything that was going on, my test results, what was about to happen and what to do after I left. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed in a stressful situation. They also called me the day after to see how I was feeling and to see if I needed anything from them or the Dr. Also, on Sunday they sent all my information to my primary care Dr and she had it when I went in for my appt on Monday. Would go back and tell my friends!
I was very impressed with the speedy service, and felt that I was genuinely cared about. My husband drove me to the facility, only 1 mile from our home, we walked in, and I wasn't even finished with the first page of the forms to fill out - and we were already being brought to a room. The staff is VERY nice, and the service was Excellent. My family and I will definitely be return customers... if there is another urgent medical concern for our family! We are both medics and the service is up to our critically high standards.

I feel super lucky that I stumbled across First Choice when I was grocery shopping from our new neighborhood. It wasn't 48 hours later and we were rushing our 3 year old there at 11pm when her fever spiked to 103.4. We had almost no wait time, were treated with exceptional courtesy and our daughter was given tip top treatment, attention and made as comfortable as possible. Have had 2 great visits here...very quick, easy and convenient!
My husband & I took our 9 month old son to first choice this morning at 4 after noticing that the infection in his toe was getting worse & causing a lot of pain to were all he was doing was crying. While we were there the staff & doctor Young where wonderful. They anwsered all the questions we were asking. Also they were very gentle with our son when they were draining his toe. I believe the total amount of time we spent there was 30 minutes. So I would highly recommend using them before going to a hospital.
We were absolutely thrilled with the attention we received at First Choice. Having never been there, I was unsure what to expect. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and were taken back to an exam area before I could finish the first couple of questions on the forms. We spoke with a nurse, a doctor, had some x-rays and then saw the doctor again. These are all things you could get from any hospital ER.
