First Choice ER was great with fast and courteous service. Made the unfortunate experience of needing to visit an ER go as well as possible.
A truly wonderful experience! ALL of the staff were courteous, friendly and incredibly efficient. Within three minutes I was back in the exam room. Dr. Wilson was the best! He communicated in an intelligent professional manner, and at the same time was so easy to speak to. I felt that he truly cared about me as an individual. I received a follow-up call the next day to make sure I was recovering, and two days later a get well card, signed by the staff. Great experience! My back was in so much pain when I hobbled in the door. The front office staff greeted me right away and got me back to a room quickly. The doctor immediately made me feel at ease and was able to help me with my pain as well as give me suggestions on how to prevent further injury. He never made me feel rushed and sat down to discuss different treatment options. The most amazing thing was that a doctor called me at home the next day to make sure I was feeling better and that the medicine was working for me. ... read more
I appreciated the prompt care I received today when Dr Brandon removed the tree artifact from my ear canal. Who knew lawn mowing could be so much fun? Seriously the staff was helpful , friendly, and professional. A great experience.
They welcomed my little girl and I with smiles when we walked in the door. They made my little girl very comfortable and did the best they could to make a very frightening experience less scary for her. We will definitely go back to this facility if we have another emergency.
