Very nice experience, only problem was that patient never received blood lab results either mailed to her or her physician. She did ask for them before she left. Otherwise very good experience.
This Er has such a friendly and helpful staff, they are very professional and knowledgable. I really am glad I went here, the doctor I talked to made me feel like he really cared. Thanks fcer you guys are great.
The Grant road location is quick and everyone is super nice. It's nice to know it's around the corner when we need it.
After needing an ER visit after a fall, I visited First Choice ER. Their facility was very clean, calm, and a quiet environment. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting this facility for any ER care. The Dr. even called to check on me the following day. What a NICE ER experience!!!
Excellent service, quick service. We got seen as soon as we walked in the door. From the receptionist all the way to the lead dr on call, everyone very pleasant and friendly. The hospital was very clean and the staff very knowledgable. I will definately go there again with no second thoughts!
This by far was the best emergency room/urgent I have ever been too. The staff was professional, efficient and personable. I was able to ask repeated questions and there was patience in answering them without feeling like I was a bother. They set expectations along with the timing throughout the visit which limited my anxiety. Thank you!
One of the only hospitals in the area who accept patients for auto injury and will code the bill so that your insurance is aware and you will not have to come out of pocket. Great people in the front office and the Doctor was very thorough and easy to talk to.
Nice to be able to go to the ER without the long wait time of a hospital...Went to get checked out after a car accident..Excellent Staff and good service.. Nice new facility.
