DO NOT GO HERE! I called and was told my visit would be $200 plus the cost of medication, etc. I woke on the day before a trip with searing face pain in my nose. There were 3 people on staff. I was brought back, answered questions, he looked in my nose with a light and said "sinusitis" and gave me an RX. 5 mins. No culture on it. Just a look see. Poor customer service. Was rushed, misdiagnosed and we won’t return
my husband had been very sick, on and off for three months. Something just wasn’t right. We have been to his PCP, and a Memorial Herman Er hospital several times. They would say he had a kidney infection, take antibiotics and send us home, he kept getting sicker, and sicker...I was beyond terrified by this point. Last Saturday, July 21, 2018 he woke up sick once again, but way worse this time. $14,000 bill for a misdiagnosis and one hour in the EC..... I’m a college student, and that’s two thirds of what I make in the year. Diagnosed with “lower back pain” when it’s something I need surgery for. What a lazy doctor and diagnosis!

This place should be ashamed of themselves and the disservice they are going to customers. My husband had a cut in his eyebrow and went here to have them look at it. And have a look at it is basically ALL they did! Oh and apply some super glue..... no stitches, no X-rays, no meds, NOTHING,.... and here we sit with their billing partners telling us that we owe $2600 ish for someone to take twenty seconds to look at him and then apply some glue. Very disappointed that the doctor felt the need to be so rude to my son . He looks very young but he's actually 21 and a college student. He went for a flu test since he is suppose to leave on a trip in the AM and started running high fever. We needed to know before letting him take off on a trip . The doctor treated him like he was a child and had no business being there . He tested positive for flu and we are cancelling his trip. I work in the medical field and we would not treat people this way. We will not be back here .... read more
Had to take my son in for chest pains the other night. We were in and out in an hour. They were very friendly from check in to check out. Very pleased. Also very impressed that I received a call the next day to check on my son to make sure he was doing ok. Thanks for the great service.
