Amazing care by compassionate people! I took my teen in with a horrid grease burn and they wasted no time relieving her pain and caring for her arm. They were so sweet and fast it made a terrible situation bare-able for my little girl. Thank you First Choice!
I had a mishap on the 4th of July and had remembered this emergency location from when my son had to go there very early one morning last year. Since he was treated with speed, professionalism, and super care, I went there also early on a Sunday and they were all there to help and made me feel very special. The facility is very clean, well staffed with pleasant medical professionals, and in a easy to get to location. I am very grateful for all their assistance.
I took my husband here because you guys are close to our house, and he was having severe breathing issues. The nurses & doctor were so knowledgeable, kind, and efficient! I had to bring our 1 year old son with us, and they were so understanding to our situation the whole time. Turns out, my husband's primary care doctor had dismissed a serious issue - he had pneumonia! I will definitely be returning here in case any issues arise in the future, and I'll be sending referrals your way for sure! The best ER I've ever been to!
I rolled in around 4 am to this location this week..by myself, and incredibly anxious because I had never gone to ER, and was running a bad fever. I was so happy with the workers- They were so tender, and attentive the entire time I was there. I had no anxiety, and was treated for my illness, and sent home much better than when I came in.. Very happy with my experience. Thank you all for your hearts to take care of your patients!
Was very impressed at how quickly we were seen and the care my daughter received. Will definitely recommend and keep in mind next time an emergency occurs
This is by far the best ER experience we've ever had. I took my daughter for allergies on 5/10/15 everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire staff treated my daughter's case with care. Hopefully I don't have to visit any ER but if I've to recommend one this is the place to go to friendly, professional care. Thanks to all the staff my daughter is feeling great now.
I was seen right away. The doctor and nurses were so attentive and cheerful. The doctor really listened to me and my case - it turned out I had appendicitis without any of the classic symptoms. Most people would have said I wasn't sick or that it couldn't be appendicitis. The nurses all took wonderful care of me and arranged everything for me to go to the hospital, including the paperwork and making sure the hospital was ready for me. I can't say enough about this place!! They are the best and truly care. I come here over the urgent care eve. If it's a little more. Well worth it!
I would definitely recommend anyone needing emergency care to try this location. Amazing care was giving to my daughter and a follow-up call the following day to see how she was doing. We will for sure being using this location if we should have future ER needs.
