My daughter Hailey is a girl scout in troop 14488 and our troop had a tour of the facility. Nurse Kim did an excellent job of telling the girls about all the equipment and how they worked. She was able to answer all their questions and the girls really enjoyed the tour.
This place is a joke! It's supposed to be faster than the hospital and we were there for 2 hours. Then they pulled up my husbands insurance from his old job and over charged us by $150, when we brought it to there attention they told us we had to call corporate that they could not do anything. So my husband called and talked to person after person getting no help. He finally talked to a manager who was very apologetic and said he would file the claim right away and bill the correct insurance company and make sure we get our ... read more
Had to go there after a 3 car wreck. The staff was friendly and prompt. After everything that happened in my wreck the staff there really made me feel at ease and took good care of me. If I have to have another visit to an er for anything I will definatly be going back to them. Thank you first choice.
Our huge Girl Scout troop visited this location to work on a badge, the staff, nurses & dr were extremely friendly, helpful & super sweet to our girls. They went above and beyond our scheduled hour to answer any and all questions without feeling rushed! The girls had a blast learning everything and even getting hands on, thank you and your staff for an amazing visit and helping our girls earn their first aid badge!
The medical treatment was good, but the office and check out are horrible to a point of being thieves. My co pay was 100.00 and this facility charge $250.00 . they said it was deposit. they will refund my money in 30 days. What a SCAM! they are using my hard earn money to finance their medical practice. It is time for hard working people that have insurance get a fair shake . PLEASE think before going to this ER. It is not worth it. Ask questions! This payment practice was not explain to us or we would have gone elsewhere.
I was so glad to find such a great ER! I fell and hit my knee and thinking it was nothing went into First Choice! Turned out I had a small fracture! The doctors and nurses were great! They walked me through every step and even set up my orthopedic appointment! The kindness and care they showed proved to me there are still people out there in the medical field that truly care about their patients ! Thank you First Choice!
First Choice took great care of my 21 year old daughter. We felt comfortable there and I felt like she was in good hands with Dr. Herman and his staff. We will definitely go back if we ever have an emergency.
I took a family member to FCER and immediately we felt taken care of. The staff was so caring, and the doctor we followed up with on our own said the medication prescribed and the test ordered was exactly the correct course of treatment. I highly recommend FCER.
Incredibly efficient with compassionate and expert employees from the front desk to the doctor, I'm so glad we chose First Choice ER for our visit. We even got a follow up call the day after to see if we had any more questions.
