I had an absolute 5 Star Experience at First Choice over the weekend. There was no wait time, and the staff was all wonderful. They had great bedside manner & made me feel very comfortable. I recommend First Choice to anybody needing medical care. :)
I went in because I felt horrible, as soon as I filled out paperwork a nurse was at the door calling my name. They ran tests immediately found out I had strep. Gave me meds and sent me on my way. I was in and out within an hour, only because it took a while to break my fever. Best experience with an er I've ever had. Highly recommend this place.

Pleasant and fast! We barely completed the paperwork when they called us back. Everyone was thorough and cautious with determine source of the problem. Blood work done and results immediate. Gave us a referral to a specialist before we left. Dr. Called next day to follow up and see if we had any questions. So glad they are a part of our community!
I took my son to First Choice on a weekend. He was seen taken back within 10 minutes and seen immediately by a nurse and right away by Dr. Hermann. He was very kind and thorough. We were in and out within about 30-40 minutes at the most. Great experience.
After my accident, we went to the emergency room of a big local hospital. After waiting for quite a while with no treatment in sight, we left. We went to First Choice where we were greeted promptly, given great attention, and treated well. We were released in a reasonable amount of time. Great experience!
From the moment I stepped into the ER, I felt like I was taken care of. The staff greeted me immediately and I was taken back to be triaged by the very nice, and professional RN (Bill). I was assessed and then also evaluated by DR Wilson who took care of my severe pain and diagnosed the acute cystitis and was then sent via ambulance to St LUkes where my gallbladder was taken out. What a fantastic experience!!! By the time I received my brief forms to complete, I was already being called back and immediate seen and treated by the team. Dr. Hermann and the team were great, answered any/all of the questions that I had, and like the other reviews, they did a follow up call the next day to ensure I was okay and see if the medications were taking the desired effect to put be back on the mend. I highly recommend First Choice ER for any urgent care needs. Great job!
I had such a great experience at First Choice Emergency at the Cypress/Grant location. Immediately when I arrived I was greeted and escorted to a room where I was seen immediately. Doctor Andy Wilson treated me like family and had a confident demeanor surrounding him that made me feel comfortable with his treatments. The nurse, Sybol, was also wonderful and so gentle with the IV all day. All around I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Hopefully I won't have to go to an ER again, but if I do I'm going here!
