This clinic is close to our home, it was clean and well staffed. We were taken care of and on the way back home within an hour of our arrival.
We have one of those urgent care places literally walking distance from our house, but at 6:30 in the morning, it isn't open. I knew FCER was open and nearby. Got right in and taken care of better than any ER that I have ever been to.
We went in on a Friday night after my husband cut his finger. Considering it was the day after Christmas, we were in and out with stitches within 45 minutes! The staff was so friendly and kind and helpful. Our MD was wonderful and the facilities were clean as a whistle as well. I actually hope no one else finds out about this place so we can keep it to ourselves ;) Just kidding. It was exceptional!
I went in for severe neck muscle spasms and headache pain. After trying to be seen by 4 other Urgent Care facilities in the area who where either booked or only had nurse practioners on duty. I needed to be seen by a doctor just in case this was something serious. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. I was in exam room within 10 minutes. I brought my girlfriend in for a back injury. We were seen immediately. From the front desk sign-in to the end of the day sign-out, I was very impressed with the experience. This will be the only ER I go to, and it will be the only ER that I will recommend!
I visited First Choice on Brodie at my doctor's recommendation with abdominal pain. They saw me promptly with a minimum of paperwork, and performed all necessary tests in less than an hour. The nurse and lab techs were courteous and concerned about my comfort. The doctor spent sufficient time with me for me to understand the results of the tests and what I needed to do to follow up once I left the facility. I would certainly use this facility again if the need arises.
Wow, what a great experience, they have a professional and personable staff. I received excellent care and would highly recommend this center for any urgent care needed. No waiting for hours like you do in an emergency room, I was in an out very quickly.
The waiting room and atmosphere were very pleasant and the staff were very helpful and conscientious. The service we received was top quality and efficient and overall it was a much more pleasant experience than going to a traditional ER.
Very clean facility, brand new everything. There was no wait. Doctors and nurses are friendly and care, they took their time to explain everything. I definitely recommend First Choice.
