This is our first time at First Choice Emergency Room. We like the place, fast service and all the staff were all friendly and helpful. The place is spacious and very clean and very close to our house which is very convenient. We will definitely come back here again for any emergency. Thank you for the good service!

Last night my husband wasn't feeling well, so we went to the 1st Choice ER on Brodie Lane for treatment. This is the first time we've ever gone to a stand-alone urgent care facility. We'd typically go to the hospital ER, but we'd driven past this one many times and since it was closer we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience and would recommend this as an alternative to a traditional ER attached to a hospital. We had the unfortunate need to visit First Choice Emergency Room the evening of Christmas Eve - my daughter while playing fell and put a good slice in her knee. Not knowing if we needed stiches or not and not really looking forward to the normal 'ER' experience on Christmas Eve no less, we opted for First Choice since they were just down the street. My best friend referred me to First Choice Emergency Room. I checked in online and as soon as I got there, they took me back into a room right away. This is the most EFFICIENT, CARING and PROFESSIONAL Emergency Room I've ever been in. If I would have went to a hospital, I would have waited hours on end and that's something I couldn't handle in the pain I was enduring. I got there at 7:50pm and left at 9:30pm. We took my 88 year old husband in for flu like symptoms. We were greeted and taken to an examining room promptly. The doctor was very pleasant and efficient. Chest x-rays were taken and a nasal swab to test for type A flu Results were immediate. Nurses were very nice and patient. A really top notch ER experience. Only wish they accepted Medi-care.

Was seen almost immediately, didn't even finish the patient info paperwork. Female Employee at the front desk was courteous & informative. Nurse Daniel assisted us and did a great job! Female Staff nurse was a little grumpy although it was early in the morning. Dr Rodriguez was very professional, gave us great advice and provided us with a much needed referral. Highly recommend this ER facility!!

Went in this morning for my husband's cut that needed stitches. The minute we walked in, we were greeted and taken care of (unlike the place we went to immediately before coming here). They had everything ready for us to fill out. We didn't even finish filling out the paperwork when we were called back. I went back with my husband and our daughter. Dr Rodriguez, Annabelle, Stephanie were great!!.. I was IN PAIN 2000 miles from home. They were a big help. Nice, comfortable surroundings. Really helped me out.
