The people who were working there were very friendly and put together. The service was quick and effective. The waiting room was clean feeling unlike the usual ER feeling that makes you kind of sick. The observation rooms were also very clean and organized. The only problem I had was not much information information was given to me but the information that I did receive was extremely helpful. Other than that everything they told me to do has been making my injury feel much better. I would give it 4 stars out of five.

I was rear ended in my car and it wasn't a serious accident, but I wanted to get check out for good measure. I was dreading having to go to an emergency room, because I did not want to wait for hours just to be told to rest and ice. I was in and out in no time. The doctor call me the next day to see how I was doing, and that surprises and amazes me. I will be definitely recommend this ER to my friends and family.

It's simple. They were quick. They were friendly, and they care! I had been put on some heavy pain killers, and I wasn't allowed to drive back home. Without hesitation, they offered a cab and told me not to worry about my car. It was also a nice touch to come home to a handwritten letter from the staff wishing me well a few days after! I recommend all the way.

Staff didn't seem very organized, nurse didn't know where anything was. She also was not informed of all the materials the emergency room had, I assume she was coming from a different location. I was there for about 6 hours for chest pains, and at the end of the day they could find nothing wrong, and was slapped with a huge bill on top of my $75 co pay. My son was running a fever and had a sore throat, and like it always is with kids, it was the weekend. We normally take the kids to a nearby urgent care place, but First Choice had just built this facility right by our house so we took him there. Until we receive the bill, we were very impressed. They did a strep test, gave him a Gatorade, diagnosed tonsillitis and sent us home with antibiotics. The next day the Dr called to see how he was doing. The place is located at a very convenient place. Brand new facility, excellent staff. This would be my choice if incase I need care again.

I recently injured my ankle at an early AM bootcamp. It was really convenient to have First Choice located so close to my neighborhood. Awesome too that they were able to X-ray my ankle on-site and send me home with a CD of the x-rays to follow-up with an orthopedic doctor. I was able to use my insurance and just pay an ER co-pay, as well. In the case of an emergency like this one in the future, I will visit First Choice again.

I really appreciated the way the staff treated our son. They were very nice and knowledgeable. The facility is immaculate, "top of the line". and there was no wait. The staff greeted us at the door and knew exactly who we were because we had called in on the way to the facility.
